1. Appointments & Punctuality
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to complete our brief consultation form and enjoy a relaxing welcome herbal tea. Arriving late may shorten your treatment duration out of respect for subsequent bookings.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we kindly request at least 2 hours advance notice via phone or WhatsApp (+880 1712-345678) to release the private suite.
3. Spa Etiquette & Conduct
Magic Touch Spa is a dedicated sanctuary of genuine relaxation, wellness, and therapeutic relief. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against inappropriate or disrespectful conduct. Our management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual violating our standards.
4. Health Considerations
Please notify your therapist or our front desk if you have high blood pressure, recent surgeries, allergies to specific botanical oils, or if you are pregnant, so we may tailor your session safely.
